By accessing or using 1Anime, including the website at 1anime.app and related community features, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The official 1Anime website is 1anime.app. Other websites, donation pages, fundraising pages, or accounts claiming to represent 1Anime are unofficial unless they are announced on 1anime.app or in the official Discord.

1Anime is not currently accepting donations. Any donation information will be posted through official channels only.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity that happens through your account.

You may not impersonate another person, share credentials for abuse, evade moderation, or attempt to access administrative or private systems without authorization.

Use community features responsibly and follow applicable law. Harassment, threats, hateful conduct, spam, scams, and abuse of reports or moderation systems are not allowed.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend access when needed to protect users, service integrity, or legal compliance.

1Anime is provided as a free, community-first service supported by non-intrusive ads and optional future support features.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance, reliability, legal compliance, security, or product changes.

1Anime does not host media files. Content may be discovered, indexed, embedded, or made available through non-affiliated third-party sources.

Third-party services, websites, media sources, and integrations are controlled by their own operators. Their terms, privacy practices, uptime, and content are not controlled by 1Anime.

The 1Anime interface, software, branding, original text, and original design elements are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform assets except where permitted by law or by written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant 1Anime a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to post submitted content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

1Anime respects intellectual property rights and reviews copyright notices for material or links within our control.

Copyright notices and counter-notices should follow the process described on the DMCA page.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Anime is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates may be announced on 1anime.app, through changelogs, or in the official Discord.

Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
